Here's how we make Fresh French Fries :)
All of our potatoes are grown at Hayes Farm about an hour from the Twin Cities.
French Fries by the Numbers
-7 semi-trailers of potatoes
-400,000 pounds of spuds
-3,000 gallons of oil (23,000 pounds)
-25,000 pounds of ketchup
-We employ over 100 seasonal employees
-National French Fry day is July 13th every year!
-The first Minnesota State Fair was held in 1859 in downtown Minneapolis, long before we were even small fries :)
-100% of our excess; oil, cardboard, and food is recycled and/or reused
